  As mentioned in the original review below, we were served some food that seemed off, in particular raw clams that tasted like they were not fresh. When writing the original review the morning after eating here, neither my wife nor I were showing any signs of food poisoning.

  Amazing lunch. I ordered the chef menu, and it was totally amazing. The service was also excellent, with the waiter answering to every need.

  Unfortunately, that did not continue to be the case. My wife ended up with some minor discomfort throughout the day which resulted in her not eating breakfast or lunch, but I seemed to be fine. That evening, however, just over 24 hours after my meal here, I began having abdominal pain. The pain got worse throughout the evening, until I started to vomit repeatedly. This condition persisted throughout the night. I also ended up with a minor fever during the following day.

  The wait staff here were extremely unhappy, which made the meal fairly unpleasant. The suckling pig was good, but everything else we ordered, including the tasting menu, was at best tolerable, and at worst clearly not fresh, in the case of the raw clams they served as an appetizer and the fish they served in the tasting menu (so far, the clams don't seem to have given us food poisoning, thankfully...). They are trying to be a high end restaurant, but the experience is far from what you would expect at even a decent restaurant. Two stars because pig items on the menu are good.

  Only now, about 48 hours later, am I starting to feel reasonable again. These are classic food poisoning symptoms, and the timing between the meal and the start of my symptoms fits well with the most common types of food poisoning. While it's possible that some other food we ate somewhere else was the actual source of our issues, that seems unlikely to me. Consequently, in spite of their good pork dishes, I'm changing my review to one star.

  Amazing lunch with excellent wine recommendations, very friendly staff. Very enjoyable michelin star experience.

  Something amazing here is going on. It's an experience to say the least and the sommelier is on point. Recommend to take the elevator up to rooftop for an excellent view of Toledo.
