  This was such a delightful experience filled with lovely helpful service, great wine and tasty manchego cheese! A short stroll from the Cathedral. Definitely recommend!!

  Wonderful place, they explained thoroughly how to properly taste cheese and what characteristics each of the three cheeses offered have. And the small museum is educational (explanations also in english) and full of interesting objects

  Clean spacious place with a reasonable offering of three different ages of manchego to taste with a wine pour and some nibbles for several euros. The cheese was interesting and good, but unremarkable. After discussion with the server, I was given a nice dry red that I enjoyed. If you're looking to buy cheese or wine I suppose this could be a remarkable place for you. They know what butters their bread and they will not miss asking for a good TripAdvisor review.
