  Unfortunately that all goes down the drain once you enter the room, where you feel like going 200 years back. There was a decent level of cleanliness, but the furniture and appliances were old and not maintained properly.

  Nos ha gustado mucho el hotel, hemos ido con dos niñas pequeñas y ha sido muy cómodo todo. Es verdad que quizá en la habitación podrían hacer alguna reforma, la persiana de la claraboya no cierra bien y parece que se va a caer. Y la cama supletoria que es un sofá cama, es un poco incómodo, suenan mucho todos los muelles.

  They also seem to have a strange understanding of a 'room with a view', where you'd expect a view over Toledo, yet half of the rooms open towards an orchard (nice views nonetheless, but not quite what you'd expect).

  The surroundings of this hotel are really really nice. Seeing the yard, the views over Toledo and the reception area, you get a feel of a high-end hotel.

  My husband has left his wallet with sone cash, credit card and ID card in his hotel room and awared after 2 hours' drive. The local driver then contacted the hotel, they immediately sent it by courier to the hotel where we would stayed 2 days later. It arrived on time without anything missing from the wallet. We appreciate so much the hotel's speedy handling and the honesty and kindness of the Spanish.
